Author guidelines
Prepare your manuscript for a smooth review.
01 Manuscript requirements
Prepare the paper on A4-sized pages using Times New Roman, 12-point type and 1.5 line spacing. Number every page.
Keep all author information out of the manuscript for anonymous review. Place names, affiliations and contact details on a separate cover page. Number every table and figure with a clear title and caption.
02 Cover page and article length
Include the paper title; each author’s name, affiliation, postal address, phone number and email address; and identify the corresponding author.
Manuscripts should contain 4,000–7,000 words, excluding the abstract, references, tables and figures.
03 Abstract, keywords and headings
Provide a 150–300 word abstract and at least six keywords in alphabetical order. Begin the main paper on a new page.
Use bold 14-point section headings and 12-point sub-section headings, left-aligned with a blank line before each heading.
04 References
Use APA 7th Edition style. List references alphabetically at the end of the manuscript and include only works cited in the text.
05 Similarity and language checks
Complete a similarity check, preferably using Turnitin. The similarity index must remain below 10%. Papers should score 90 or above on Grammarly and be carefully copyedited before submission.
